We select established players in the cosmetics sector in Algeria and Africa: structured distributors, large-coverage wholesalers, specialist chains, selective networks, premium pharmacies and high value-added e-commerce operators. Partnership validation requires submission of a company registration document (Kbis or fiscal equivalent) and a structured development project for the targeted area. Our approach favors qualitative rather than quantitative partnerships.
Our terms are tailored to premium distributors with structured logistics and commercial capabilities. Orders are placed by product range, by carton or full pallet, according to the agreed deployment strategy. An annual or semi-annual forecast is recommended to optimize planning and stock availability.
Sales are made EXW Paris. All our strategic references are available in stock to ensure prompt availability after order confirmation and payment. Our teams can coordinate with your freight forwarder to streamline export operations.
For any export outside the European Union, an export customs declaration (EX1) must be filed. VAT exemption or refund is strictly subject to receipt of the EX1 document stamped by customs authorities confirming the effective departure of goods from European territory. It is the distributor's responsibility to organize export customs clearance, obtain the customs stamp, and send us the validated EX1 as soon as possible. In the absence of this official document, VAT will remain chargeable in accordance with current tax regulations.
Territorial protection is assessed on the basis of a detailed business plan, volume commitments, a local marketing plan and genuine field deployment capacity. Our objective is to sustainably establish the brand in each territory through a single, committed partner.
All our brands strictly comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Depending on the range, additional certifications are available: Bio, Vegan, Cruelty-free. Regulatory files (PIF/DIP) are maintained in accordance with European requirements.
